Christine Santos

Christine Santos is a People & Culture leader, entrepreneur, facilitator, media producer, and community advocate with more than 20 years of experience across organizational development, operations, entrepreneurship, media, and community leadership.

In her corporate career, she has led leadership and organizational capability development, with a focus on strengthening talent, workforce capability, and performance. She also brings hands-on entrepreneurial experience through family businesses, including a tax and accounting practice.

Christine is the founder of EPIC Generation, a social enterprise focused on youth leadership, communication, and media and AI literacy, where she mentors young people and produces educational TV programs.

Her community involvement includes leadership facilitation for Filipino professionals, serving as Chair of a school board parent advisory committee, and news reporting focused on Filipino community stories and public engagement. She previously ran for provincial office as an MPP candidate in Ontario, and was recognized as a finalist in the Women Empowerment Awards' Mentorship Category.

Christine is passionate about developing leaders, supporting entrepreneurs and professionals, and creating stronger opportunities for Filipino Canadians across generations.
