With over 30 years of government leadership, Cora dela Cruz has built extensive expertise in business regulation, consumer protection, policy and organizational transformation. She has championed technology and innovative systems to modernize regulatory processes, improve compliance, and deliver more efficient and trusted public services.
As a business consultant, Cora has a strong background in advising SMEs and government agencies across diverse industries. Her expertise includes business strategy, industry development, workforce enhancement, and helping organizations align their goals with evolving market opportunities.
Cora is an entrepreneur and a global academic leader recognized for advancing business education, international partnerships, and cross-border collaboration. Her leadership has connected academia, industry, and government through strategic initiatives in education, research, talent development, and internationalization — creating opportunities for innovation, knowledge exchange, and sustainable growth.
As an association executive, community leader and volunteer, Cora is a committed advocate of volunteerism, public service, and community development, with extensive leadership experience in business and professional organizations in Canada and the Philippines. She served as the National Executive Director of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines (2012–2018), and previously held leadership roles with the Philippine Chamber of Commerce Toronto, the Canadian Association of Philippine Travel Agents, and the Canada-Philippine Business Council. She currently serves as the Chairman and President of the Philippine Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
Throughout her career, Cora has championed initiatives that foster stronger public-private partnerships. Her dedication to leadership and service has been recognized through numerous awards and honors.
