As a corporate leader, Robeco held leadership roles in global organizations in the design, manufacturing, and construction industries, leading cross-functional teams from product development, engineering, and manufacturing to project management, sales, and strategic marketing.

As an entrepreneur, he founded technology startups focused on product design, engineering, and advanced manufacturing. Beyond business, Robeco passionately supports community programs, cultural development, and advancement of the Filipino community. He is passionate about coaching, mentorship, entrepreneurship, and leadership development.
