Breaking the Energy Monopoly: 4G Biotech and Global Partners Unveil Fuel-Free Magnetic Generator to Combat Record-High Energy Costs

TAOYUAN, TAIWAN — In a historic milestone for clean energy innovation, Fluidyne International Corporation, based in Brantford, Ontario, Canada; Green Gold Global Group (4G) Biotech Co., headquartered in Canada with a research hub in Taiwan; and Speedtech Energy Co., Ltd., based in Taoyuan, Taiwan, have officially signed a strategic partnership agreement to improve, miniaturize, and mass-produce Dr. Emmanuel "Noel" Moya's groundbreaking Magnetic Generator (MagGen).

This collaboration has the potential to transform the lives of millions of people in remote and off-grid communities around the world.

About the Partners

Fluidyne International Corporation and Fluid Exponents Inc., led by Filipino-Canadian inventor and engineer Dr. Emmanuel "Noel" Moya, are pioneering environmental engineering firms specializing in water and wastewater treatment, renewable energy systems, and waste-to-energy technologies. With over 50 years of practice across five continents, Dr. Moya holds multiple utility patents and has earned prestigious awards including the Outstanding Canadian Award for Technology & Invention, the Engineering and Invention Award from the Governor of New York, and consecutive Best R&D and Best Mid-size Project awards from Professional Engineers Ontario.

Green Gold Global Group (4G) Biotech Co., under the leadership of CEO Mr. Albert Wu and COO Julian Baricuatro, is a globally recognized biotechnology company dedicated to harnessing the power of probiotics and biotechnology to revolutionize agriculture, livestock, and healthcare. With operations spanning Canada, Taiwan, the Philippines, Ghana, Singapore, and Nigeria, 4G Biotech has been at the forefront of sustainable innovation.

Speedtech Energy Co., Ltd., headquartered in Taoyuan, Taiwan, is a socially conscious clean energy manufacturer specializing in solar power systems, LED energy-saving solutions, and off-grid renewable energy products. The company played a critical role in disaster relief following the 2015 Nepal earthquake.

The Magnetic Generator: A Game-Changer for Off-Grid Communities

Dr. Moya's Magnetic Generator (MagGennie) represents a paradigm shift in alternative power generation. Utilizing permanent magnets and magnetic axial flywheels, the MagGen produces clean, reliable electricity without the need for fuel, grid connections, or complex infrastructure. Unlike solar or wind, which depend on weather conditions, the MagGen operates continuously, providing consistent baseload power to homes, schools, health clinics, and small enterprises in areas that traditional grids cannot reach.

The PCCC Connection: Where It All Began

The Philippine Canadian Chamber of Commerce (PCCC) proudly congratulates all three partners on this historic agreement. The merger of Fluidyne International and 4G Biotech was a direct result of the fruitful PCCC Philippine Delegation held in Manila in October 2025, led by Ms. Cora dela Cruz (Chairman) and Mr. Steve Pagao (President), along with the rest of the Filipino-Canadian business delegation.

The second and decisive intervention came in January 2026, when Julian Baricuatro (PCCC VP-Innovation and COO, 4G Biotech) visited Dr. Moya's Living Lab in Brantford, Ontario, together with Mr. Steve Pagao. That hands-on visit provided a clear and compelling understanding of how the Magnetic Generator works — its elegance, its efficiency, and its transformative potential.

A Lifeline for Millions: Powering the Last Mile

Across the Philippines alone — an archipelago of over 7,600 islands — approximately 2.7 million households still lack reliable access to electricity. Researchers have identified at least 649 un-electrified islands with a combined population of 650,000 people. For these communities, the Magnetic Generator could be nothing short of revolutionary.

This partnership is more than a business agreement — it is a covenant to serve. When we bring power to a remote island, we are not just turning on lights; we are igniting futures. This is the essence of Filipino bayanihan and Canadian innovation coming together for the world. — Julian Baricuatro, COO, Green Gold Global Group (4G) Biotech; VP-Innovation, PCCC
