Elizabeth (Liz) Javier is a full-time entrepreneur with ventures in food, recreation, and business development. She previously worked in corporate operations and administration for a large multinational company for over 12 years. Liz holds a B.A. Honours Degree from York University and has completed additional studies in Human Resources Management, Managerial Studies, and Project Management at Seneca College. During her third maternity leave, she co-founded BAO MAMA in Scarborough with Chef Nin̈a. Liz also co-hosts the podcast Tita Salita on Filipino TV and is a member of two non-profit organizations, Pinay Tayo and the Philippine Canadian Chamber of Commerce, supporting the Filipino business community. Besides her entrepreneurial endeavors, she is a devoted wife and mother of three young children, and she enjoys engaging with other business professionals, empowering new leaders, practicing her faith, and connecting with like-minded individuals.
