Robeco Clarete is a multifaceted leader, technologist, and entrepreneur who has made significant contributions across various domains and industries with two decades of leadership experience in engineering and manufacturing; he has also been deeply involved in tech-driven startups as a founder, executive leader, and mentor. Robeco's dedication to entrepreneurship is evident in his leadership of multiple organizations, where he embodies passion, commitment to sustainability, and visionary leadership. Robeco leads The North Fab, a clean tech incubator specializing in 3D printing technologies and modular labs. He was previously the President of 3Rius Design, where he optimized the design performance and operation of critical facilities. Robeco has also launched several thriving startups, including MGear, which develops modern, highly functional, and customizable wearable gear, and Holod3ck, a digital twin technology company specializing in 3D modelling, scanning, Augmented and Virtual Reality technologies. Robeco's commitment to cultural empowerment within the Filipino diaspora is a testament to his dedication to social causes. He founded Maharlika Studios, a cultural media organization and community agency that offers cultural programs in sports, martial arts, and native Philippine traditions. As the Program Director for B2BPreneur, a non-profit organization, he nurtures young minds and empowers them with entrepreneurial skills. His involvement as a board member and coach of Sport Arnis, aiming to bring Arnis, the National Sport of the Philippines, to official recognition in the US and Canada and to its inclusion in the Olympics, further demonstrates his commitment to cultural preservation. He is also one of the newest board of directors of the Philippine Canadian Chambers of Commerce Toronto (PCCT), where he continues to champion the interests of the Filipino community. His next endeavour involves leading an environmental sustainability project under the Paracale Gold Corporation to develop 254 hectares of gold-rich mineral land into a green and sustainable mining community while securing more than 2000 hectares of large-scale mining operations to adopt sustainable mining technologies and practices. Robeco Clarete exemplifies passion, vision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in sustainability and community development.
