Serve as the President of PCCC. He will call and preside over all meetings of the Executive Body, in deliberation of the Chamber’s business plans and projects for proposal and final approval by the Organizing Committee as a whole. He will administer the proper implementation and execution of PCCC’s approved plans and projects.
